**Shipping Coordinator - Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily outgoing shipments and process customer returns.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and labels.
- Communicate with carriers and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inspect, record, and restock returned goods in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly.

**Requirements & Skills**
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
- Strong computer proficiency - ability to use MS Outlook and ERP experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required)
