As a Community Support Worker in Outreach & Intensive Supported Independent Living, you will guide at-risk and vulnerable young adults in creating a safe space that they can call a home. You will build strong, resilient, unique relationships and promote a connected community where everyone belongs.

RPT1 positions work a **minimum of 24 hours per week, averaged biweekly**.

Vacancies: We are looking to fill **three (3) regular part-time category 1**position.
