**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Must have minimum 1 year concierge experience and over 1 year security experience**

**Must have minimum 1 years customer service experience**

**Must be able to work all shifts (nights, evenings, and weekends)**

**NOTE: THIS SITE IS IN YORK REGION**
- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front line representative of our clients organizations
- Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment
- Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Supervise the logging in and out of key site equipment (radios, keys)
- Monitor CCTV and card access systems
- Assist with the facility bookings (party rooms, movie rooms, BBQ's, etc.)
- Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Complete walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment
- Review, know and follow post orders as identified for site representing
- Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures
- Duties as otherwise assigned

**Qualifications**:

- **(Part timers)**:

- Strong availability to work mainly Friday to Sunday in schedules that will consist of afternoons, overnight and 12 hour shifts
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid WHMIS Certification
- Canadian High School Level education or higher (preference will be given to those with a Criminal Justice or Business post secondary education)
- Proficient in the use of various computer programs (i.e.. Microsoft Office, Gmail) and able to adapt and learn new programs
- Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written)
- Detailed record keeping
- Keen observation and attentiveness
- Professional physical deportment and presentation
- Decision Making and unbiased judgement
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Be able to work in fast faced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
