A Regional Personal Training Manager is one of our most important positions - there we said it, but it’s because we’re looking for an experienced fitness and sales professional who is responsible for building a strong Personal Training team across the Southwestern Ontario region. **Role**

As a Regional Personal Training Manager, you will report directly to the Director, Personal Training and focus on growing the Personal Training teams in the Southwest Ontario region and you will strive continuously to improve the Personal Training Program.

You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive Movati experience. You will oversee training programming and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns.

You are also highly organized and driven You are responsible for monthly Personal Training P&L management, developing strategies and business plans in partnership with the club Personal Training (PT) Managers and General Managers to meet service and sales goals. You will also monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure PT Managers are achieving or exceeding monthly budgets.
