Miik Inc. is excited to welcome a new team member as a **Customer Care and Personal Shopping Associate** This is a **part-time role** to start, transitioning to **full-time in mid-May**. It's a year-long contract position at our showroom in Toronto, Ontario, covering maternity leave (with the possibility to extend)

Here’s an overview of what the **Customer Care + Personal Shopping** role entails:

- Managing our online customer care contact channel to assist customers with questions in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Answering calls at our office, providing support for inquiries about purchases, including shipping, returns, styling advice, and sizing.
- Managing in-person shopping appointments and walk-in customers at our showroom, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience both in-person and online.
- Handling in-person and online returns and exchanges when needed.
- Supporting the marketing department in preparation for photoshoots and other events, including steaming and sorting garments.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- You’re a natural people person, able to engage customers with ease and make them feel like friends in no time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in your role.
- A solid understanding of Google tools (Excel, Word, Forms, Google Drive).
- Familiarity with digital channels (Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Slack) is a plus.
- A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an asset, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
