**Analyst, Canada Benefits and Retirement**
This Total Rewards Analyst position supports the PepsiCo Beverages Canada and PepsiCo Foods Canada businesses. This role is responsible for Canadian core services of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness. This analyst will handle all Total Rewards communication, as well as lead the wellness agenda for Canada.
This role supporting the Canadian businesses will report directly into the Associate Manager, Total Rewards Canada and be primarily based out of the PepsiCo Canada headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.
PepsiCo is a first class organization to practice Human Resources, and this individual can expect to have a number of career path options after successfully completing an assignment in Total Rewards Operations. These opportunities include but are not limited to other Total Rewards Operations roles supporting the Corporate Headquarters or other sectors, and other specialist or broader roles within Total Rewards or HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support management of vendors and daily operations for Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs to ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Lead delivery of HR Capability related to programs through various initiatives/references
- Identify opportunities for continued process improvement and simplification of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs
- Develop tools and communications that will build employee, manager and HR capability and optimize the effectiveness of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs
- Manage the budget for Healthy Living, Healthy Money, and Communications budget lines for Canada
- Lead the Canadian Wellness & Mental Health strategy
- Manage all Total Rewards owned Policies and develop new policies, if required
- Lead updates to employee, manager and HR reference documents related to program changes, plan text changes, etc.

- Ability to manage projects and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence decision making with business partners both verbally and in writing, including solid presentation skills
- Understanding of provincial legislation related to programs (i.e. Employment standards, retirement regulations, etc.)
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all level of company personnel and vendors
- Self-directed with ability to work independently and proactively
- 3-5 Years of progressive Total Rewards or HR experience
- University/College Degree in related field
