Compensation Analyst

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the creation, development and implementation of Compensation programs and policies.
- Conducting market assessments, performing benchmarking and evaluations, supporting pay equity assessments, and other compensation analysis.
- Conducting general research and data analysis (including surveys).
- Developing client materials (tools, templates, policies, procedures, forms, etc.).
- Producing high-quality reports and presentations.
- Providing support at client meetings.
- Collaborating and supporting other analysts on various projects.
- Performing other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or Organizational Development.
- Training in Compensation is an asset.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and rigour.
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy.
- Fully bilingual (English essential).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Occasional travel.
