The main purpose of this position is to act as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact to our guests into our restaurants. (Pottery or Jozo's)

**Wage - $17.01 plus Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Greet guests and lead them to their tables
- Complete bathroom checks
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Answer phones and respond by taking messages or reservations
- Fulfill light cleaning duties
- Check with the supervisor or manager for approval on large group reservations
- Act as the final check on how the guests enjoyed their meal and wish them a good day as they leave

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Some computer knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be energetic and comfortable speaking with people
- Able to answer phones and take detailed organized messages
- Smart Serve certified is an asset, but not required
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
