Cloudpark Logistics Ltd. is a Canadian-based freight transportation company specializing in cross-border (Canada-USA) long-haul and regional deliveries. We pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and building long-term relationships with both customers and drivers.

We are seeking an experienced **Dispatcher & Load Booker** to join our growing team. This role is critical to keeping our trucks moving efficiently, booking profitable freight, and ensuring top-notch communication with drivers and brokers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Book loads from shippers, freight brokers, and load boards to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
- Dispatch loads to drivers, ensuring they have all required details.
- Monitor load progress, address issues proactively, and keep customers updated.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to achieve best possible margins.
- Maintain compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and partners.
- Track and record accessorials and request rate adjustments where applicable.
- Coordinate with accounting for invoicing, and billing requirements.
- Assist in managing equipment scheduling and maintenance coordination.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in trucking dispatch, load booking, or freight brokerage (cross-border experience preferred).
- Understanding of North American freight markets and lanes.
- Proficient in using load boards and dispatch software.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of reefer, dry van, and/or other specialized freight is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,357.83-$74,248.32 per year
