**Responsibilities may include**:

- Create and implement standardized quality control procedures
- Prepare, compile & sort documents for data entry
- Verify & correct data where necessary
- Calibrate, validate and maintain tools and testing equipment
- Compare and assess quality of purchased materials
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work Prepare reports for quality improvements
- Aide in implementing quality control objectives, activities and procedures to resolve production problems, maximize reliability and minimize costs

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate typing & data entry skills
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and delays or unexpected events
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and changing work schedules when required
- Comprehensive understanding of drawings, schematics and specifications, geometric tolerances and dimensions
- Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and diesel systems and associated components
- Knowledge of quality systems, tools and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working in various work environments, including outdoors
