Blackrock Aladdin**Role: Production Support Manager**
**Location: Toronto, Ontario**
**Term: Long Term Contract**
- Ability to work in a trade floor, prioritize, and manage user expectations.
- Experience/knowledge in **'Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS)'** is required for this role. Bloomberg product knowledge is a plus.
- Proactively monitors system performance, exceptions, and identifies operational improvements, in ensuring smooth and consistent customer and business partner delivery.
- Supports deployment activities, managing implementation issues to resolution.
- Provides initial triage, investigation and ensures fast turnaround times on issue/incident resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Typically, 6-8 years of work experience in IT and Ideally with hands-on functional and technical **troubleshooting expertise in any of the following systems: Broadway, ION Trading, Bloomberg TOMS, Broadridge products, Calypso, Blackrock Aladdin or similar platforms.**:

- Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including but not limited to IT Operations mandatory operating standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Experience leading a small team.
- ITIL Foundation
- Python, ITRS Monitoring, verbal & written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

- Monday to Friday
