**About the Team**:
The Global Business Solutions team is on a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy, paving the path for our partners to grow their brands and investment on TikTok. We are looking for a passionate, highly driven strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to help scale partnerships, innovation and content solutions in Canada. They must be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced, start up environment.

**What You'll Do**:
This is a client facing opportunity, you be responsible for working closely with the sales verticals, content solutions, industry strategy, and marketing to conceptualize and sell industry tenpoles, cultural pulses, and truly TikTok activations. This person is a highly collaborative leader and thought partner adept at developing new monetization opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant creator community, our product solutions and advertiser goals. This individual brings a depth of business understanding, media planning/buying expertise and in-depth awareness of the advertising and content ecosystems. They take a hands-on approach to building bespoke sellable opportunities while also breaking down silos, managing multiple stakeholders across the organization, implementing new processes and securing internal and external buy in to ultimately help accelerate growth of TikTok for business solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Amplify TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and joy through the creation of monetization opportunities (i.e. partnerships, sponsorships, creator and content solutions) that drive results for our advertisers
- Ideate and content solutions tied to seasonal moments, occasions, cultural tentpoles, LIVE opportunities and editorial sponsorships for key partners and advertisers across all verticals
- Deliver inspiring pitch decks and customized packages, as well as client communications, when necessary
- Manage cross-functional relationships for the creation and deployment of go to market materials
- Collect and measure sales feedback to understand market fit and optimize approach as needed
- Constantly leverage insights, data and trends to identify new opportunities for content solutions
- Find innovative ways to celebrate new national and global partnerships bringing them to life in creative ways with the industry

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, media, agency (media and/or creative), tech and/or marketing
- Must be both a strategic yet creative thinker with vast experience using data and insights to craft narratives and opportunities
- Previous sales experience or quota carrying roles an asset with the ability to forecast revenue
- Proven track record of delivering creative and effective partnerships, from concept to completion
- Strong oral, written, analytical, organizational and presentation skills, able to whip up a deck like no other
- Experience and confidence in presenting and building cross-functional relationships with decision-makers and engaging various stakeholders, including C-suite level executives
- Deep understanding of media best practices to foster an environment of learning, experimentation and innovation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and an ability to manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities while adhering to tight deadlines
