Do you love fashion and working in a fast paced and collaborative team environment? **Are you quick on the computer and love to problem solve?** Yates and Co. is a small Canadian company with offices in Vancouver and Toronto that sells and distributes Men's and Women's clothing across Canada.

**Supply Chain & Logistics**

Overall responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of business supply chain and logistics at Yates & Company
- Supporting Logistics director who is responsible for importing goods into the country from various countries and ensuring the goods are shipped to the customer
- Assist with the Brands and Customs Broker on a daily basis
- Monitoring & Tracking shipments in transit
- Troubleshooting any logístical issues
- Supporting Logistics director who is responsible for moving goods between different supply chain organization

**Warehouse Communication and Management**
- Problem solving shipping problems
- Using FTP Software and other computer programs to communicate with the warehouse to share data and information
- Managing all shipments into the Toronto office

**Invoicing**
- Responsible for accurately invoicing all goods within 24 hours of goods shipped
- Ensure we follow Shipping Guidelines outlined by speciality and major retailers

**Returns**
- Responsible for all returns and adhering to Yates & Company’s return guidelines and processing returns within 48 hours.
- Working with the customer to process returns & providing credits
- Arranging pick ups from customers where necessary
- Log RAs according to brands requirements and looping in Brand Manager when necessary
- Responsible for receiving credits from the brands and ensuring they are accurate

**Inventory & Repeats**
- Manage stock and inventory at 3rd party warehouses and in the office
- You will be our point person for processing immediate repeat orders including order entry within 24 hours, picking and packing, shipping and receiving. You will be expected to lead this process on a daily basis. Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Maintain the sample stock room by organizing returned samples.

**Customer Service**
- Providing customers with missing invoices and retail prices
- Using our software system to enter new customer data and update customer information
- Responsible for adding new customers to the system and ensuring our system is up to date with the latest shipping addresses and instructions

**MUST HAVE**
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Critical thinking and Problem solving skills
- Computer savvy
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Managing and prioritizing your time
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to time management
