Summary
An Ecommerce Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing the online retail sales data for a business and identify areas for improvement within online sales and marketing. As an Ecommerce analyst, the job responsibilities include generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market. This role is also responsible for ensuring all data such as pricing, SKU information, customer details and costing specifications are accurate and imputed in the system in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the design and implementation of system/processes used to maintain pricing data for all channels
- Ensure Pricing in JDE is aligned with E-commerce model and sales force. Work with IT, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all pricing updates are validated and reviewed across various systems
- Develop & maintain a strong working knowledge of pricing structures and master data
- Performs analysis of price and customer account changes, identifies and recommends improvements.
- Communicates regularly with Field Service Representative and Account Managers regarding price and account data - answers questions, provides data and reports, etc. Works closely with Sales staff to create and analyze pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with business leaders & BI/IT teams and identify opportunities for improved data management and reporting.
- Develop and enhance tools to improve data management and financial infrastructure and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate user training, process documentation and communication to ensure all metrics and analytics are being effectively utilized by the organization.
- Advanced user of Excel, Access, Power BI and SQL.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years+ of similar experience in a Manufacturing / Distribution environment
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise 1 (E1), Business Intelligence or Gains Demand Planning Software an asset
- High Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Access an Power BI
- Strategic thinker, good communicator and exceptional problem solver.
- Ability to communicate financial objectives and requirements
- Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet tight deadlines
