Immigration Office Assistant

Previous experience in a customer service specifically in immigration or office assistant role is preferred
- Familiarity with immigration office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
- Proficiency in office software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner**:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting with appointment scheduling
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
