**Role Summary**:
Do you have a passion for coaching and inspiring athletes in the water? We're seeking an energetic and experienced coach to lead our adult Masters and Junior Swim Team programs. You'll design and deliver 60-minute, skill-focused workouts over 10-12-week sessions, helping swimmers reach their fitness and competitive goals. If you're ready to motivate, mentor, and make a splash, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate team practices and race day events
- Prepare daily and sessional lesson plans
- Provides coaching and development of athletes through 60-minute progressive workouts
- Evaluate and assess team members, deliver technical feedback and stroke corrections
- Collect participant progress, feedback, and recommendations from team members
- Maintains constant surveillance creating a safe, supervised pool area, vigilant to minimize risks
- Fosters positive team and participant relationships, follows up on questions promptly and courteously

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a current and valid coaching certificate
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C/AED Certification.
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Screening through Regional Police.
- Applicants must be at least 15 years of age.
- Experience with various age groups and children is considered a strong asset
