Reporting to the Service Manager, as a Junior Parts Associate, your primary responsibility is to maintain inventory. You will work closely with the Service and Parts Technicians, supporting day to day operations. Some job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Ship and receive inventory
- Monitoring and controlling inventory practices to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining product identification and location programs
- Researching inventory discrepancies and resolving potential issues
- Counting physical inventory routinely
- Performing audits and writing receipts of inventory
- Tracking and reporting on uncommon products
- Developing solution for inventory issues such as overstocking
- Inspecting product and keeping a record of damaged goods
- Managing deliveries and checking products against logs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Interest in possible Parts apprenticeship
- Numeric accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- Self starter with the desire to motivate others
- Valid class 5 Drivers License.
- Forklift certification an asset.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Prior experience working with parts locating systems an asset.
