As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory management, and driving sales in our beauty retail store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner, offering product recommendations and personalized beauty advice.
- Showcase a deep understanding of our beauty products, spanning cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrances.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide beauty tips to customers, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Effectively communicate with customers, comprehending their needs, addressing product-related inquiries, and offering appropriate recommendations.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records, handling product receiving and stocking, and conducting periodic inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, with a focus on the beauty industry being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effortlessly with customers and build strong relationships.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and hands-on experience with stock handling.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for beauty products, a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends, and the ability to recommend suitable products to customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
