**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough assessments of tree health and safety, identifying any potential hazards or diseases.
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Rig branches and limbs for safe removal or trimming during tree maintenance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Arborist or in a similar role within landscape maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and common diseases.
- Ability to rig branches safely using appropriate techniques.
- Excellent physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks including lifting and climbing.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications in arboriculture are a plus.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
