What your day will look like as a Manager, Sourcing

Reporting to the VP, Finance and Admnistration, the Manager, Sourcing, will provide leadership, management, direction and expert level consultative advise on procurement and supply management support of Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group. The incumbent will ensure proper inventory control and reporting, consistent use of strategic sourcing methodology and vendor performance, tracking, reporting o supply agreements and purchase orders; will also be responsible for further developing supplier relationships to improve business processes.

What is expected from a Manager, Sourcing at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group:
Strategic Leadership and Partnership development as this relates to Procurement for IEAG
Planning and plan execution as this related to a review and development of a refreshed and refined IEAG Procurement process

**Operations**: Management of all aspects of the the Procurement process for IEAG
Mangement of Procurement department staff
Customer Service

Undergraduate degree with a major in Supply Chain or Business Management
Professional Purchasing or Logistics designation (CPP or P. Log.) an asset
10 years or more of procurement management and strategic sourcing preferably in the Aviation industry
Experience in supplier management, contract management, metrics, budget, and forecasting and financial analysis
Proven experience in leading a team
Intermediate to advanced computer skill (Microsoft Office, JDE/ERP, Halogen)
Advanced wirtten and spoken communication skills (English and French)
