**Position: General Labourer**

**Location**:Ayr, Ontario (Near Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo)

**Hours of Work**:Monday to Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM; Friday 7:00AM-1:00PM

Bend All Automotive ULC (BAA) is a leading supplier of Automotive Components and Automation Tooling Equipment. BAA supports customers worldwide with leading technology through product design, prototyping, product validation, tool building and a flexible streamlined manufacturing process.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing assistance within the machine shop and tool room
- Responsible for assisting with the receiving and storing of job ordered shop material
- Monitor and maintain fluids and coolant levels in tooling equipment (lathes, mills, grinders)
- Completion of fabrication projects such as frames, tables, and guarding
- Operation of sawmills and lathes
- Adheres to health and safety policies and procedures
- Operate a forklift and crane as needed

**Qualifications (education & skills required)**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year Manufacturing experience
- Experience in a machine shop would be an asset
- Mechanically inclined, must be able to use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, vices, clamps etc.
- Experience with measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers, outside micrometers
- Proficient math skills such as calculating fractions, conversions from metric to standard
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated and eager to learn
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Some heavy lifting required
