**The Opportunity**

InCharge Energy is seeking a committed** Account Executive - Eastern Canada** to work with key clients in Eastern Canada, specifically in the Toronto area, to support their transition to electrified fleets. This crucial role focuses on reducing emissions and advancing the adoption of electric vehicles through targeted sales initiatives and innovative solution development. As a member of the sales team reporting to the Director of Sales - Canada, you will lead efforts in delivering cutting-edge products and services, including EV charging infrastructure, software solutions, Charging as a Service (CaaS), and solar and battery storage.

**What You'll Do**
- Serve as the primary contact for dealership and fleet customers in Eastern Canada, centered around Toronto.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to fleet customers in both public and private sectors, offering custom EV charging solutions.
- Develop and present EV charging solutions that incorporate hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems.
- Negotiate and close contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about relevant local, state, and federal incentives and grants.
- Explore and capture new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Effectively use Salesforce to manage customer data and accurately forecast sales.

**Your Experience and Capabilities**
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant sales or project management experience.
- Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Experience collaborating across various departments like sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to develop superior customer solutions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, adept at multitasking and excelling under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Prepared to travel 15%-25% to meet business objectives.
