**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Utilize basic math skills to provide accurate quotes and pricing to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Use CAD and Sketchup software to assist in designing solutions that meet customer specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

**Skills**
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate pricing and calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
- Experience in outside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CAD software and Sketchup for product design assistance is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs promptly.
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
