**About the Role**:
We're seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Dance Instructor to join our team and share the joy of dance with our youngest students (ages 1.5-6). In this role, you'll bring our themed lesson plans to life, creating a fun and engaging learning environment where children can develop their creativity, coordination, and love for movement. **Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Deliver pre-planned, themed dance lessons to preschool-aged children, incorporating a variety of dance styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap; experience with Aero is a bonus).
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe and supported.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and the admin team regarding their child's progress and any studio updates.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to studio policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with preschool-aged children (e.g., daycare, teaching, coaching).
- Dance experience (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of core dance styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check are required.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with Tap and/or Acrobatics.
- Formal dance training or certification.

**Position Start Dates**:

- Flexible start date available: June, July, or September
