Fort Townshend Childcare is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for **Inclusion position**

Fort Townshend Childcare services essential workers and is a not for profit operated by a board of directors. We are a small child care centre of 26 spaces, located in a secure building, where children have access to a playground as well as a full gymnasium.

The inclusion position will offer ratio enhancement to children within the Toddler/Preschool room which currently has 10 children ages 2-3, and 2 Level 2 ECE’s.

At FTCC, we ensure that our staff have what they need to create the best learning environment for the children in our care. ECE's are provided with time for planning and all materials required to provide developmentally appropriate activities. As well as professional learning days.
