**You Get To**:

- Engage customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge and firsthand experiences while driving sales.

- Assist with hiring, training and motivating your team to provide a high level of customer service
- Develop specialized programming related to Adventure365 and Kivi Park
- Advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services
- Prepare merchandise for purchase and/or rental
- Influence processes and inspire new efficiencies with your ideas
- Organize events
- Support local groups and clubs
- Execute store tasks and upkeep such as visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, seasonal changeover, and inventory
- Constantly learn and grow in your role.
- Participate in promotional activities and local events
- Represent the company with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous management and/or customer service experience
- Have the need to succeed
- Good understanding of business management and leadership principles
- Love People; working with them, helping them, building strong relationships with them
- A genuine team player, we are one team
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Passionate about Ski, Snowboard, Bike and/or Run
- Enjoy challenges and rewards
- Display strong verbal/ written communication skills
- Possess proven sales experience and demonstrated success
- Reliable transportation to get between our Adventure365 store and Kivi Park
