**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Architectural Sheet Metal Worker** to join our team in Langley, BC. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, install, and repair architectural sheet metal components, including roofing systems, wall panels, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and custom metalwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal materials.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in sheet metal work or equivalent work experience.
- Red Seal certification in Sheet Metal Work is preferred.
- Proven experience in architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in operating metalworking machinery and power tools.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Hourly Wage**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
