**Description**:
**Tiger of Sweden** is hiring a Keyholder in Toronto (Ossington Ave.)**

**The Role**
As a Keyholder, you’ll support the Store Manager by leading on the sales floor, opening and closing the store, and ensuring exceptional client service at all times. You’ll build and grow a personal clientele, hit monthly sales and KPI targets, and keep the store running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll also be a role model for your team, promoting the brand’s culture and ensuring visual standards are always on point.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver outstanding customer service, always putting the client first
- Build long-term relationships with your clients and grow your personal book of business
- Achieve personal sales and KPI goals each month
- Process transactions, exchanges, and returns with accuracy
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
- Support in-store events and brand initiatives
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating and coaching team members
- Open and close the store following SOPs
- Help with inventory management, stock requests, and loss prevention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Compensation: $18/hr + 2% commission
