We are seeking a Sales/Wedding Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing all key steps in guest satisfaction, including, but not limited to BEO and booking confirmations, special guest needs, event vendor communications, set-up confirmations. dining, rate and favours, deposits and final payment confirmation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and process all wedding sales inquiries, confirmations to final invoicing.
- Proactively monitor network to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients with a key understanding of the client’s needs.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for clients.
- Administration of event bookings, entering data into various software to produce orders and contracts
- Communicate to various departments to ensure that the booking is executed effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Oversee all communications between the sales team and the operations departments, including reporting, change notices, balancing and sheet run.
- Ensuring all permits are in place for liquor license, extensions, and tents.
- Understanding and executing a Day-of Timeline and its catering + planning inclusions
- May be required to attend events, ensuring the event is running smoothly.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sales/Retail/Customer Service preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset
- Ontario Drivers License Class G required
- Smart Serve Certification required, or willing to obtain
- Excellent in time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge and proficient in MS Office Applications
- Attention to detail

Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
