Accounts Receivable Clerk

Heat-Air Mechanical is an Industry leading, progressive company that has serviced the Hi-Rise Condominium and Light Commercial Market for over 40 years and continues to grow. We provide service and Installation services to a vast array of clients within the GTA and surrounding area.
We are currently looking to fill a part time Accounts Receivable position to the team. We are looking for a team player, someone that is self-motivated, organized, multitasker, good communicator and flexible to work within the ever-growing needs within the role, the business, and the company.
**Core Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Ø Tracking, preparation, and data entry of all daily billing invoices using Excel.
Ø Logging and tagging of all supplier invoices.
Ø Customer follow up on outstanding accounts.
Ø Purging of weekly timesheet paperwork to ensure all information is accurate for billing.
Ø Renewal of Maintenance Contracts.
Ø Administrative duties.
Ø Assisting customer with any questions or concerns they have regarding their account.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- 2 + years of previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient written communicator
- Proficient verbal communicator
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Accounting an asset but not necessary
**Location**:
We are located just off HWY 400 and HWY 7 with easy access and close proximity to Vaughan TTC Subway.
**Note**: Part-Time position 4 days Tuesday through Friday 9am - 5pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
