Nous recherchons un **Analyste FP&A** qui participera à l'élaboration et au suivi du processus budgétaire, des tableaux de bord et d'autres systèmes d'information de gestion essentiels. Élaborer et actualiser des modèles financiers, des outils de prévision et d'autres outils analytiques.

Vous serez chargé d'assurer la qualité et l'intégrité des données afin de renforcer notre capacité à fournir des analyses et des rapports financiers précis et opportuns.

We’re looking for an **FP&A Analyst **who will assist with the development and monitoring of budgets, dashboards, and other critical management information systems. Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting tools, and other analytical tools.

What you can expect in the first 1-3 months*: As you familiarize yourself with the company, culture and pace, you will take over ownership of our financial model. You will ensure data quality and integrity to facilitate our ability to provide accurate and timely financial analysis, reports.

What you can expect in the first 3-6 months:

- Now that you’ve familiarized yourself with the company you will develop and maintain the financial model, looking for opportunities to elevate it’s accuracy and timeliness and operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Élaborer et maintenir le modèle financier, en tant que membre d'une équipe d'**Analystes FP&A** en pleine croissance.
- Analyser les résultats mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, en effectuant une analyse des écarts par rapport au budget et aux prévisions, et en identifiant les tendances.
- Appuyer le processus budgétaire - en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction des autres groupes d'activités et le service comptable.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue du modèle financier de **Sheertex**, notamment en introduisant de nouveaux modules.Participer à l'élaboration de rapports perspicaces (indicateurs clés de performance).

Build and maintain the financial model, as the member of a growing team of FP&A analysts
- You will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, performing variance analysis to budget and forecasts, identifying trends
- You will support the budgeting process - working closely with other business group management and accounting department
- You will assist in the continuous improvement of Sheertex’s financial model, including introducing new modules.
- Assist in the development of insightful reports (KPI)

**Requirements**:

- Avoir un BA/BS (licence) en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Justifier de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans des fonctions d'Analyste FP&A.
- Avoir une connaissance avérée dans la modélisation excel et les bonnes pratiques en matière d'analyse FP&A.
- Avoir une maîtrise avancée en Excel (indice, correspondance, compensation, tableau croisé dynamique, analyse de sensibilité).
