The HR Shared Services team is a team of HR Coordinators in India, China, Germany, and the US, that support the HR team and global employee population with HR administrative tasks. This exciting opportunity will focus on partnering with the Recruiting team, but will also give you a bit of experience in other HR areas, including benefits, learning & development, and HR systems.

Years of experience: 1-2 Years. This is Junior role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Draft documents for employees (offer letters, promotion & termination letters, employment verification letters, etc.).- Answer basic HR queries from the global employee population and escalate to the appropriate HR stakeholder when needed- Maintain and update employee database and filling systems inluding new hires, leavers, attendance/leave records etc.- Employee data audits and data analysis.- Partnering with local HR business partner on various projects and initiatives.- Other HR administrative work as needed.

- able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with mínimal supervision.- Tenacious commitment processes and continuous improvement.- Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.- Quick learner, logic thinker, and result-driven.- Fluent in both written and oral English.- Flexibility to join global meetings at non-standard hours.- Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.- Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution.- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity.
