**What You'll Do**:

- Analyze and report the uncompleted parcel delivery (Arrival scan+7 days) or transshipment weekly, follow up with each branch for shipments status update and timely delivery
- Monitor the status of parcels (track and trace), and report to Key account customers
- Weekly and monthly KPI Delivery / Dispatch Rate Performance report to key accounts
- Data analysis and find the root cause for corrective actions based on tracking & tracing report from key account customers
- Prepare AR billing invoices/statements and send to customers weekly, follow up on any late payment issue
- Coordinate with SGS about getting the ISO certifications
- Assist and update the SOPs and Processes for different functions
- Create and update customer SOPs for key accounts
- Set up the line haul network to connect the gateways with hinterland city (Eastern Canada)
- Maintain good relationship with all truck service providers
- Transport booking for forwarding shipments, keep track of forwarding shipments (Eastern Canada), alert operation and management team with any unusual situations
- Trucking Invoices review and upload/ AP booking to Hubdoc
- Assist Regional operation manager (Eastern Canada) when necessary
- Process mapping for operation functions at Toronto
- Backup in uploading customs inspection cartons’ data and to be sure complete data upload

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
- Experience in customer service or key account position in related industry
- Experience in inventory/warehouse/logistics is a plus
- Excellent Data Analysis and reporting ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented
- Good team player
- Good report writing skills
- Good presentation is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, Good command of Mandarin
- Basic geography knowledge
