Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders
- Unload and inspect packages for damages or discrepancies
- Sort and distribute incoming materials to appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and maintain proper documentation
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move materials and products as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Odoo warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Familiarity with material requirements planning (MRP) systems for efficient supply chain management
- Ability to load and unload shipments using various equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations related to inventory management
- Knowledge of order picking processes and techniques to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Certification or experience operating forklifts or scissor lifts is a plus
- Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures
