Title**:Administrative Clerk**
**Overall Responsibility**:
Responsible for general office duties.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Ø Accounts payable.
Ø Answer incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate extension in a professional and efficient manner.
Ø Greets visitors to the building and notify appropriate employee of their arrival.
Ø Filing.
Ø Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
Ø Strong organizational skills.
Ø Exceptional attention to detail.
Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ø Excellent data processing skills.
Ø Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ø Previous experience in Accounts payable/receivable, would be an asset.
**Term of Employment**:
Ø Part-time
- 20-25 hours per week.
Ø Salary-based upon experience level.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
