**Position Information**:

- A full time position is available to provide Social Work service to clients in the Mental Health Individual Therapy Program at Woodstock Hospital.
- Provide observation, care and treatment to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues/concerns.
- Strong ability to assess, treat, and, facilitate transitions with clients by providing best practice psychotherapy/counselling services to individuals and families
- Have training and experience in evidenced based therapies including but not limited to Brief Solution Focused Therapy, CBT & DBT
- To provide backup Social Work services within the department when required.
- Able to maintain timely and accurate statistical records of direct and indirect care activities for departmental, hospital and ministry purposes.
- Assist with MSW/BSW student supervision as needed
- Have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and are a member of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Have a minimum of 3 years of individual and family Mental Health & Addictions Social Work experience
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary hospital and community team environment.
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization.
- Have an interest and or experience in working with individuals and families with Eating Disorders
