**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the production process, including equipment setup
- Execute the shipping & receiving processes
- Manage the warehouse, maintaining efficient storage of stock, parts and tools
- Coordinate with installers to meet installation requirements and timelines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure completed products meet company standards and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate production work orders
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the installation process due to product quality
- Collaborate with management to improve production processes
- Train and mentor new production staff, providing guidance and support as needed

**Experience**:

- Experience in warehouse management an asset
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes and procedures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
