Administration Assistant

You will learn how to:
Part time position available working 30 hours a week
Start time 7AM-1PM | Monday to Friday
Liaise with a number Followmont branches and other key stakeholder ensuring a prompt and professional service
Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight
Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g. TruckMate, Leopard, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Complete general office, administration and data entry tasks as required ADHOC
**Qualifications**:
A proactive, organised, self-starter, that is able to work autonomously and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Preferring to work in a fast-paced environment, you are flexible, professional and strongly customer focused. Your communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role, combined with the confidence to engage with both your colleagues and customers. With a minimum of two years experience within a customer service or administration based role, you’ll have developed a high level of empathy and resilience, accompanied by the ability to manage your time effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $13.00-$28.00 per hour
