**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Mill Operations, you will be part of the Surface Projects, Technical & Strategy Superintendent Department. You will oversee and coordinate construction activities supporting projects within the process, paste and water treatment plants, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work in collaboration with plant operations, plant maintenance and contractors to ensure safe smooth project execution. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site within the process, paste and water treatment plants;
- Ensure that contractors have the proper training, and support to execute on work plans;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports;
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met;
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction;
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards;
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications;
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, documentation and schedules;
- Communicate with all project stakeholders to maximize plant productivity.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Relevant post secondary education an asset;
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or engineering technology an asset;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process plant supervision, construction or a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of construction processes & regulations, materials, and equipment;
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices;
- Experience with tracking orders in SAP, JDE or other ERP is an asset;

**Your Work Schedule**:

- Schedule: 4 days of work, followed by 3 days off (or 5/2) at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
