You’ll be able to work from our workspaces located all over the country, from home, or a combination of both All interviews will take place over the phone/video. **Our Values** People First Accountable Always Strength through Diversity Time Matters A Step Ahead ### ### Your Role As Metrix continues to grow, we are looking for an Operations & People Enrichment Specialist to help us manage our amazing team As the Operations & People Enrichment Specialist, you will be our sole administrator and play a large part in overall operations support. On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve general office administration, tech support, HR support and administration, events planning and coordination, and support with marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our overall culture strategy by helping to build and maintain our overall employee experience. Ideally, you’ll have experience in office management or general operations in an agency setting. If you don’t have this experience, but you’re extremely organized and accountable, you could thrive in this role You will have demonstrated problem-solving skills, an aptitude for navigating ambiguity, and a positive attitude. You are passionate about helping people, love to build relationships, and see value in making people’s lives at work happier and easier. You will share and champion our values and represent Metrix in the community. ### What You’ll be Doing **General Operations** - Act as a main point of contact for Regus (our shared workspace provider) and manage mail and other miscellaneous items related to shared office workspaces - Act as a point of contact for all employees’ tech support needs, and liaise with our IT department when necessary - Manage cybersecurity policies and compliance - Support the team with all items related to our project management software, ClickUp - Support with sales and marketing initiatives (experience with Mailchimp and LinkedIn an asset) - Support with desktop publishing (formatting) of documents and organization of shared G-Drive - Support with conference administration (booking flights, hotels, etc.) - Manage birthday calendar, work anniversary calendars etc. and coordinate employee recognition gifts/rewards - Manage supplies (ensure everyone has what they need to work from home, order inventory when necessary, etc.) - Support with the organization and management of our annual operations calendar - Provide all other administrative support as needed **HR Support & Administration** - Support our Senior Manager, People Operations and hiring managers with our streamlined onboarding approach - Manage offboarding process (shutting down access, getting computer back, etc.) - Become our HRIS wizard; manage all employee information, make recommendations about how to improve processes, act as point of contact for all HRIS questions from all staff - Support with vacation requests and changes - Act as our sole benefits administrator and liaise with SunLife as needed - Support benefits administration and make changes and updates to employee benefits profiles when necessary - Manage annual benefits coverage policies and renewals with SunLife - Support recruitment administration by posting openings on our recruitment platforms (Humi, LinkedIn, etc.) **Employee Engagement & Events Coordinati
