We currently have an opportunity available to be based out of **Emerald Park, Saskatchewan **for the new position of**:FLEET TRUCK DRIVER**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of products
- Majority of travel within the province of Saskatchewan with occasional out-of-province travel required
- Haul trucks with various types of trailers including Step Deck, Float and Jeep
- Safely haul and have a fleet equipment of directional drills, trenchers, backhoes, cable stringing equipment, diggers, bucket trucks.
- Perform daily pre-trip and truck/trailer inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks
- Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, light maintenance and lubrication of truck and trailer to ensure maximum reliability
- When not on the road, required to assist in the Fleet Shop with general duties
- Observe strict compliance to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
**Experience & Education**
- Upmost consideration for safety
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills as it relates to trucks and equipment
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overnight stays when needed
