Supervisor Trainee

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in various aspects of the business, including customer service and budgeting, while working closely with experienced managers to prepare for future leadership roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Participate in budgeting processes to help manage financial resources efficiently.
- Contribute to inventory management by assisting with purchasing decisions and stock control.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in pizza store is preferred
- Previous experiences as a supervisor is advantageous
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
