**Bronnenco Construction Ltd**. continues to grow and is excited to expand our team; we are looking to hire another **Project Manager**. Bronnenco Construction Ltd. was founded in 1977 and operates across the Southwestern Ontario region, serving the institutional, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. Bronnenco Construction has built a reputation of quality, expertise and reliability with numerous industry professionals, including owners, consultants and subcontractors. We are looking for a **Project Manager **who will:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs and changes
- Work alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, sub contractors and engineers
- Review, interpret and update construction schedules
- Assist the Site Supervisor and Superintendent in project administration and field work
- Prepare closeout documents (operating and maintenance manuals)
- Develop project plans to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Attend and conduct bi-weekly construction meetings

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate of the Construction Engineering Technology Management program or similar
- 1-to-3-year experience in the ICI sector
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a project team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to read and interpret project drawings and specifications, including any changes to the project documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Succeed in a fast-paced work environment
