**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Client Relations Specialist to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships. This role involves managing client communications, updating our CRM (GoHighLevel), developing sales procedures, and potentially assisting with quoting jobs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update client information in GoHighLevel.
- Develop and implement sales procedures to streamline operations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Assist with preparing and sending job quotes (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with the team to support marketing campaigns and promotional events.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge in residential construction, renovation, and other services offered by the company.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading for creating accurate estimates.
- Basic knowledge of general real estate trends.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of construction or home improvement is an asset but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
