We offer you job stability, in an inclusive environment so, what are you waiting for to apply? **Your mission**: Participate in the production, testing and calibration of equipment comprising a fascinating variety of components, from the most delicate to the most complex. Imagine assembling parts to make products used to detect cracks, corrosion and/or crazing in fields such as aerospace, oil and nuclear. Your meticulousness, rigor and analytical skills will certainly be put to good use in the course of your duties. Are you ready to explore new horizons and push back your limits? **What you'll experience every day**: - You will assemble inspection equipment according to procedures, under limited supervision; - You will be responsible for testing and calibrating assembled equipment and customer returns; - You will be responsible for the technical management of order delivery, in accordance with quality system processes and procedures; - You will be responsible for documenting the manufacture of assembled products (assembly procedure, test procedure, bill of materials, drawings); - You will update production documentation when changes are made; **Join a Team that Invests in your Success** **What We’re Looking For**: - You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in electronics or a related discipline; - You have one to three years' relevant experience in electronics; - You have experience in a Lean / 5S environment (asset); - You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite; - You have knowledge of eddy currents (an asset). - You have the ability to write procedures clearly and concisely; - You are committed to customer satisfaction; - You have good communication skills and are a team player; - You are rigorous and have the ability to popularize methods and concepts; you are autonomous and versatile; - You have an excellent ability to manage priorities. **You Will Be Offered**: - Flexible working hours; - Remote working available; - New workspaces in an illuminated and modern working environment; - Three weeks minimum vacation upon hiring; - Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the close of business for the holiday season; - Five floating holidays per year; - Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program; - An on-site gym with fun "trainings" or yoga at lunchtime; - Catering service at affordable prices with employer contributions; - Reimbursement of contributions to a professional order; - Parking and electrical terminals; - Free coffee; - Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club.
