This is a seasonal position, **beginning on May 1**st**, 2025, and ending on October 1**st**, 2025,** **although could lead to full-time.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Lead wine tastings and food pairings
- Collaborate with team members
- Promote winery offerings and brand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Manage guest feedback professionally
- Manage reservations and guest records through TOCK software.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment
- Adhere to Smart Serve guidelines and act professionally when dealing with guests.

**Qualifications**
- Welcoming personality, engaging and team-oriented
- Be passionate and preferably knowledgeable about Ontario wines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and adapt to various roles (Greeter, Retail, Host, Server).
- Minimum 2 years in retail, customer service, or tourism; previous hospitality or wine experience is a plus.
- Smart Serve certification required (if you don’t have it, you can get it online in 4 hours).
- Must have a flexible schedule, with availability for weekends and occasional evenings. Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the winery.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Having a second language besides English is considered an asset.
