**Position: Marketing Manager**
**Salary**:$55,000 - $65,000 + Benefits
Stock T.C is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our diverse and passionate creative team of Industry leaders. We are a sister company of two loved and established businesses in the hospitality industry, Gruppo Terroni and Cumbraes. Our philosophy of doing business, core values and commitment to providing the best in retail, food, wine, and customer service is our current focus on building the Stock T.C Brand. Housed in the gorgeous and historic three story Postal Station K building at Yonge and Eglinton, Stock T.C is a beautiful retail space on the main floor and elegant full service restaurant on the second and third floor with an extensive list of products, dishes and wine from some from Italy, France and Spain.
**Description of Role**:
Reporting to the General Managers of Stock T.C Grocer and Stock Bar Restaurant, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Stock T.C Marketing Department. You will play a key role in further developing and promoting our strong family values and love of food, traditions & culture across internal and external platforms guided by our well brand guidelines. The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency and assures consistent achievement of quality standards.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Love of Food Culture
- Degree in marketing, business or related field
- 2+ years of solid marketing and/or creative content production experience
- 2+ years experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, tactical and project management skills
- Exceptional people and leadership skills
- Thrives in a hectic and stimulating creative environment
- Proven success in a fast-paced and multi-project environment
- Exceptional oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Technical know-how with Marketing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Shopify, Website Management and more
- Fluency in English
- Proven passion for food
**Objectives**:
- Manage Marketing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department via resource planning, scheduling and efficient internal processes
- Inspire and lead our creative team of marketing professionals to produce and deliver high quality projects on time, on budget and on brand
- Coordinate team tasks for project-based work
- Support the GM’S of Stock T.C in developing the strategy as well as the delivery of effective marketing initiatives that promote and reflect Stock T.C’s brand.
- Lead internal and external marketing communications that drive brand awareness across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
- Maintain and evolve our brand by reinforcing our connection with the love of good food being accessible to everyone.
**Duties**:
- Lead internal Marketing and collaborate with management team members on sales and marketing campaigns, lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop marketing plans for internal and external projects
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and assess against identified goals
- Develop on brand Marketing tactics, ensuring synergy with Marketing and brand strategy
- Efficiently delegate duties and support the development of marketing materials by adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit
- Spearhead and coordinate creative assignments, from photo and film shoots, graphic design layouts to set design for upcoming promotions, following the aesthetic and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance of our websites, partnered online platforms (doordash, opentable, etc) and e-commerce stores to ensure they are accurate in content and up-to-date alongside seasonal campaigns
- Strategically manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and electronic newsletters by establishing the content and timeline priorities for the creative team
- Collaborate with GM’s to effectively develop creative Employer Brand marketing strategies
- Research, create and implement programs that effectively communicate the company’s values and commitment to providing the highest standards of service and our dedication to the quality of our food (both internally and externally)
- PR support when needed for incoming leads and customer support
- Evaluate co-branding opportunities and develop on brand strategies for collaborations
