Atlas-Apex Roofing (Kitchener) Inc. is looking for an experienced **Truck Driver/Crane Operator** to start immediately.

This is a full time position. Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, if required. Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver materials and equipment in a safe and timely manner to jobsites
- Pick-up materials and equipment in a safe and timely manner from suppliers
- Crane materials and equipment in a safe and timely manner to rooftops
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance of safety policies and procedures of Occupational Health & Safety Act, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, and all related governing legislation.
- Participating in health and safety training and other training that may be related to your employment
- Working safety on the job site, using and wearing proper PPE, and reporting hazards
- Other support related duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- DZ/AZ license with an abstract acceptable to Employer;
- Ability to read, comprehend and abide by the rules and regulations of the federal and provincial Governments. Understands log book recording and regulatory compliance;
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs
- Possess reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
