**Summary**:
In the role of Commercial Property Management Admin, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while managing various administrative tasks related to property management. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and property management and office administration. Your responsibilities will include data entry, filing, and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring efficient operations. With strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, you will contribute to the overall success of our property management team in a dynamic environment.

**Office Duties**:

- Provide administrative support
- Assist with keeping the office organized and operational
- Handling tenant queries and issues and ensuring all reasonable tenant needs are met in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain/update tenant and supplier contact lists
- Collect and maintain insurance coverage from all tenants and contractors; ensure records are always up to date
- Ensure all maintenance contracts and inspection reports are received in a timely manner, summarize critical dates of same and filed accordingly
- Co-ordinate maintenance inspections and deficiency repairs scheduling with contractors and tenants
- Provide support with accounting duties, ie; banking, accounts receivable, tenant statements, etc.
- All other duties as assigned

**What type of experience and skills do you have?**
- Some related experience in a real estate operations role preferred, some accounting
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; strong presentation skills, ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with other staff and management, tenants and the public
- Ability to allocate one's time effectively
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and part of a team

**Property Management Experience: 1 year (preferred)**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
