We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Customer Care Representative at our Brampton terminal. The customer care representative will be responsible for aiding customers inquiries, tracking and tracing freight, maintaining accurate reports, and other administrative tasks.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing.
- Research and follow up on customer concerns and respond to all inquiries.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding their orders.
- Enter and retrieve customer information.
- Follow up on Customer orders to ensure on time service and expected delivery dates are met.
- Tracing and providing P.O.D.'s for customers.
- Pro-active communication to our customers.
- Work closely with internal team for the timely movement of freight.
- Managing OS&D's to ensure freight is not being held.
- Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick up requests.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Previous Customer Care experience is considered an **asset**.
- Previous Transportation experience is considered an **asset**.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to listen and provide effective and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Must have strong time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize and manage large workloads.

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
